Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between gas, electric, and induction cooking?

Gas gives instant, adjustable flame; electric coils are simple and reliable; induction heats the cookware directly with magnets, so it is fast and the surface stays cooler.

Does a gas stove need professional installation?

Yes. Any appliance connected to a gas line should be installed and leak-checked by a professional.

Does induction cooking need special cookware?

Yes, induction needs magnetic cookware such as cast iron or most stainless steel. A simple magnet test tells you if a pot will work.
